I think this ring is perfect. It's my exact ratio of Plain Jane + vintage. Satomi Kawakita is brilliant. Happy Friday!

Will you be?

Will you be my teacher? This is my kinda ring box. It caught my eye on Eat Drink Chic, a place with which you will indefinitely fall in love.

camping.

Off to the woods for a long weekend adventure! I anticipate spending my time in a camp chair reading Letter to my Daughter by Maya Angelou and eating lots of watermelon and, of course, s'mores. Doesn't admiring these engagement photos get you in the mood for camping, too? I think I'll bring some flannel along for the occasion.

Monday.
For Katrina's Sun-Dial
Hours fly,
Flowers die.
New days,
New ways,
Pass by.
Love stays.
Time is
Too slow for those
who wait,
Too swift for those
who fear,
Too long for those
who grieve,
Too short for those
who rejoice;
But for those
who Love,
Time is not.

Most creative proposal ever
Take a load off and check this out. You're guaranteed to catch yourself grinning. I think my favorite part might be the "He [heart]'s you" shirts. Bravo, dude in the park.

a {garden party} wedding
Ahh, love. My dear friend is getting married in June. She's putting together a garden party-esque reception for which she goes antiquing every weekend. She recently told me of a vintage typewriter for guests to type their names into. And now, I finally have the perfect reason to post my most favorite garden party pictures. I cannot think of a better reason than this.

P.S. Who wouldn't want to join me? The company will be even more grand than the jars and candles in the trees.
