{technology} hiatus

If I was not a college student of the 21st century, I would seriously consider a major technology hiatus. Where I'd really like to be is at Cannon Beach, Oregon, one of my favorite places.

It's a rolled-up-jeans-and-sweater sort of beach. Walk up little wooden staircases into old coffee and sandwich shops; ride your bike down the sidewalks and gawk over quaint homes and lots (and lots) of flowers hanging from eaves and windows.

If I really was there (and not here, sitting at a computer on campus) I would wear this hawaiian red boyfriend sweater and take my dog for a walk.
